EHC developed a cost effective short-course to introduce and refresh food safety knowledge and skills.  Onsite classes are available for 10 or more attendees.  Two-hours of instruction $30/person.  Pre-registration required.

ServSafe®
Food safety training and manager certification developed "for industry by industry".   Textbook*, one-day of instruction and exam
$140/person prepaid.  Registration required.  Ask about onsite classes, early registraton and group discounts or discounts for hosting a class. 

Re-certification exam (last hour of a class, no instruction or textbook) $60/person (when allowed)

® Essentials textbook and answer sheet unless other arrangements are made.  Recommend obtaining the text at least 2-3 weeks prior to the class for pre-study.

This course utilizes NEHA** training materials (the Regulators ChoiceTM).  It prepares the attendee for any ANSI-CFP*** exam. One-day of instruction and National Registery of Food Professionals, Certified Food Professional exam $140/person*.  Ask about discounts.  Classes scheduled when requested.

*The NEHA text, Food Safety Management Principles is included in the price unless other arrangements are made.  Recommend obtaining the text at least 2-3 weeks prior to the class for pre-study.
