Custom well water analysis can answer the following:

  • Does the well meet HUD and FHA standards?
  • Are there nitrates, bacteria or lead in the water?
  • What is the well water flow?
  • Is there a well permit?

Radon reports include:

  • A description of radon.
  • A short term test of indoor radon.
  • Long term testing when needed.

Price
An inspection or general septic system consultation for the Colorado Counties El Paso, Pueblo, Fremont and Teller $150.  Add $50 for well water analysis (standard bacteria).  Add $75 for other front range counties.

Other inspections and testing by individual quote.

Special Evaluations
Mold, asbestos or lead paint evaluations may be available upon request.

Realtors
With 5 or more participants the following two-hour training courses are available for $50/attendee.

  • On site wastewater treatment (septic)
  • Drinking water quality
  • Radon gas
  • Customized environmental training that meets your needs
